Hanna. Lari. Gisa. Karla.
my relationship with these ladies has blossomed since June 2004 ( the moment i got back from USA )
hanna - ang dakilang kaibigan ko sa UP. true, i only met her this june, yet i love this girl to death! gosh, she is someone i look up to, i run to for absolutely anything (whether it be on high or low moments!), and the one who can psychologize me. ang babaeng maraming napagdaanan...which has made her the wise hanna she is today! i HEART you sooo much!
lari - this is the ONE girl i can be totally myself to and not feel any insecurities or uncomfy-ness! just hung out with her today and i had such a fabulous time with her! this is one girl who has constantly bugged me for lunch dates (haha!) and who has made my day in numerous days! simply being with her never fails to make me smile i love her company: at home learning wisdom lines from ditsy movies, being all childish and playing monopoly, crossing the street and screaming at the same time, shooping for toys, window shopping, talking about...
and many many more!!! i love this girl and will be there til the end!
gisa - we are just starting to take advantage of the fact that our houses are soooo near!!! whether it be about boys or simply picking up lines from movies or learning about milkshakes or just bumming around loop with a few drinks to get us going...gees is simply the best! though kulang pa the time we've spent together, this girl's presence gets me going. to a whole lot more bummin, gimiks, parties, and shopping..CHEERS!
karla - sweet. charming. malambing. adorable. these wrods are so lacking as to who this girl really is. i actually miss this girl coz i haven't seen her lately (busy kasi with her store
)...i'll visit ya some time soon! during the busy weekends, hanging out in her lovey home, or seeing her with her family in CTK...she'll never fail to make you feel loved, appreciated and happy! i absolutley admire her relationship with her brothers...so sweet and loving you guys just have to meet her to understand me

DLSU adventure with my angel

wednesday - - - October 20, 2004: my first official visit to DLSU. 
i was with Bianca and our adventurstarted with MRT-LRT rides.
it was so funny coz we were speaking in Filipino the whole time and it just sounded so off but so right at the same time
then i had my first ride at the LRT!!! i've always thought that the LRT was some rusty train...oh, i was SO wrong!
it's pretty much like the MRT too!
the funny thing was that we kinda missed our stop! as in as we passed by the stop we should have gone to, we suddenly saw DLSU passing right before our eyes and i was like "bianx, there's la salle...wait a minute...that was our stop!
" we then had to cros streets, buy another ticket going back...finally we got off vito cruz!
TIMMY TOLENTINO: i love you so much dahling! this girl is officially my DLSU tourguide! grabe, you left your friends to be with me...more than i can ask for and thank you! she was also one of those who got me in!!! haha, thanks to loi and her friends too who WELCOMED me to their campus
it's a pretty small and cozy campus (as compared to UP ) nevertheless, it felt like a really good school and campus to be in. we were there when the whole school was on break so the grounds were just packed! especially since there was a beauty pageant and spongecola was there too!
it was great especially since i got to see some of my friends whom i haven't seen in a looonnnggg time!

OPUS DEI retreat

that was one different retreat, as compared to my high school ones.
it was COMPLETE SILENCE and ABSOLUTE COMMUNION WITH GOD.
it lasted for 3 days, 8 am-5 pm.
on the first day, i was kinda lost coz it was just TOO QUIET FOR ME!
as in, we'd spend 75% of the time in the oratory and the rest would be in the talk room.
we'd have the same activities for all 3 days: spiritual reading, meditations, way of the cross, holy rosary, talks, confession, spiritual direction, benediction, holy mass.
highlights:
- talks: i learned so much, especially about holy purity. we should truly keep our bodies and souls pure for the ONE MAN God created for us (aka soulmate) or for the Lord himself, depending on His plan for us here on earth.
-confession: i had a general confession inw hcih i confessed all the sins i remembered from my whole life, even those i have confessed in the past. after, i felt so clean and ready, more than ever, to face the Lord.
-meditations: these are like guided prayers in which i ended up learning so much about our Lord and how much he loves us!
it was super quiet the whole time that even during lunch, we weren't allowed to talk to each other! a spiritual book was being read by each one of us, while the reast listened.
the effect, i'm praying, will be lifelong. ive made 3 resolutions which i am currently living out and my life has been getting better...so far
it was pretty ironic that while i was going through the retreat, i was reading The Da Vinci Code! haha
i can say that this was my best retreat.
